Production process
Glutinous rice is fermented into sweet wine and added to yogurt using Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus subtilis (2; 1) as fermentation agents using fresh milk as raw materials to develop a high viscosity and low alcohol stirred yogurt.
