1. Peach wine
Preparation materials: one peach (hard); 500ml pure grain wine; An appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Specific steps for peach wine:
1. Disinfect the jar. Having a disinfection cabinet at home is very convenient. If conditions do not allow, it is also possible to heat the jar with boiling water and let it dry.
2. Wash the peaches thoroughly, wipe the surface with salt, remove the fuzz, and then dry the peaches with kitchen paper. Cut the peach (without peeling) into small pieces, remove the peach stones, and place them in a jar. 3. Loquat wine
Preparation materials: Select low alcohol glutinous rice wine with a alcohol content of 10-12; 600 grams of loquat; 2 grams of cloves; 6 grams of vanilla beans; 10 grams of lemon peel; 450 grams of white sugar; 1.1 liters of cold boiled water.
The specific steps of loquat wine are as follows:
1. Wash and peel loquats for later use.
2. Take a clean pot, add sugar, add a little boiling water to fully dissolve it, then add loquats, soak for 2 hours, and then add crushed vanilla beans, stir well and set aside.
3. Wash the lemon peel thoroughly, then soak it in warm water for 30 minutes, and use a knife to shred it for later use.
4. Take a clean container, first add low alcohol glutinous rice wine, then add lemon shreds, stir well, and soak for 30 minutes.
5. Take a clean container, put in the loquat mixture, then add the lemon mixture, stir until evenly mixed, then pour in cold water and stir well.
6. After standing still, store in a wine storage bucket for 1-2 months, then filter and remove the residue to obtain the wine, which can be consumed.
