Jiangxi fruit wine
1、 Try to choose pure grain or alcohol with a higher proportion of pure grain and alcohol.

2、 In terms of flavor type, it is recommended to choose Luzhou flavor or light flavor Baijiu.
Fragrant Baijiu is characterized by less flavor substances. Fragrant Baijiu is easier to reflect the aroma and taste of flowers and fruits. Basically, any flower or fruit soaked in it can reflect the taste of the flower or fruit. For example, Bailaoquan original flavored sparkling wine, Qingyaxiang series wine, Fenxiang Junyue wine, are all good choices for sparkling fruit wine.
Luzhou flavor Baijiu itself has a slightly sweet taste, and the effect of brewing Huajiu is also ideal. For example, many products such as Bailaoquan Treasure Series, Luzhou Flavor Series, Baijiu of Big Barrel Sealing Series, and pickled fruit wine have good flavor and taste.
So you can choose either Luzhou flavor Baijiu or light flavor Baijiu, depending on your preference.
Maotai flavor Baijiu is not recommended because its aroma is too strong and its taste is very rich, which can easily mask the aroma and taste of flowers and fruits.

One thing to note is that fruits with high water content will reduce the alcohol content of Baijiu after brewing, and the alcohol content will be lower than before.
